  • How do I find my pin number?
    End Point Solutions will deliver your card by Express Global DHL. Once you receive your card you will need to activate it within the app. Once activated, you will be able to obtain your pin number from within the app.
  • How much does an End Point Solutions card cost?
    The End Point Solution card is purchased with a one-time fee in conjunction with your membership selection, and is not subject to any extra costs such as annual administration fees. The cards offered (Grey Plastic $12.95, Blue Plastic $19.95, Black Aluminium $29.95 - monthly) can be used with any membership program selected and are shipped free of charge by DHL Express Global shipping.
  • How do I get an End Point Solutions card?
    End Point Solutions offers different types of debit cards with different one-time purchase fees. (See Membership Levels). The metal card is limited edition in black (Aluminium). The metal card can be used with any membership level chosen. You can upgrade your membership level at any time within the app or via customer support.
  • Can I spend my digital currencies (crypto) with the End Point Solutions card?
    The End Point Solutions account allows you to quickly convert digital (crypto) currencies in your wallet to traditional fiat currency. You can add these funds to your End Point Solutions card and send, store, or spend the money online, in-stores, restaurants, cafes, shops, for transportation, and anywhere that accepts MasterCard payments.
  • Can I spend in different currencies with my End Point Solutions card?
    Your End Point Solutions card has a selectable base currency (USD, GBP, or EUR), i.e. if you select a USD card the base currency will be in that currency (USD). If you use your card to make a purchase in a different currency, the merchant will be paid in that local currency. The funds will automatically be exchanged from USD into any of the 150+ different currencies supported by the card using competitive exchange rates.
  • How does the concierge service work?
    As a concierge and lifestyle management service, we want to make your life run effortlessly.   • What services do members use most often?
    We accommodate a large variety of requests, from sourcing a puppy for a child’s birthday to hiring a Super Yacht for a trip in the Mediterranean. Private jets, business class flights, and holiday/hotel bookings are high on the list of most popular services. There are very few requests that we can’t fulfil, so we welcome them all.
  • How do I get a membership?
    There are four different levels of membership available to you including Level 1, Level 2, Executive, and Chairman memberships. To see the different levels, click here.
  • Is the concierge service separate from the crypto and traditional currency accounts?
    No, End Point Solutions membership gives you access to all financial products and services, as well as the concierge team. End Point Solutions is designed to make your life easier by merging an alternative bank account that accommodates both crypto and five traditional currencies, with lifestyle services, a multi-currency MasterCard, and rewards.
  • How can do I make a request?
    Simply contact our concierge through the End Point Solutions app and desktop portal where you can send a request directly to the team. Alternatively, you can email your request or use the chat service within the app. Please email your request to support@endpointglobal.io
  • Do you have a professional affiliate programme that I can sign-up to?
    Yes, End Point Solutions has an official affiliates’ programme for professional companies who are not members and able to refer large amounts of traffic and new members. Please enquire via info@endpointglobal.io, and a member of the team will get back to you.
  • How do I claim my instant rewards at retail stores and online?
    Log into the app and visit the rewards centre where you can search by brand or product to find what you want. Once you have selected the amount you want and purchased the voucher, you will be sent a barcode which is to be shown at point of sale in store or a digit code to use online.
  • Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
    No, you can refer as many people as you like. Unlike other reward programmes, we do not place unreasonable restrictions to limit your payments/commissions. The more you refer the more commission you make.
  • When is my referral commission paid?
    Once your referral becomes an active member of End Point Solutions (to become an active member the referee must have selected and paid their membership fee and passed KYC), they will become eligible for your commission payment. It will be paid within 30 days after the referral becomes an active member of End Point Solutions.
  • Can I use the End Point Solutions account as my main bank account?
    Yes, End Point Solutions membership is designed to save you time and money by combining all the elements of payments, cryptocurrency, and concierge services in one account. You can have your salary paid directly into your account, pay bills, pay others on the network, and transfer funds around the world at little or no cost. You can also purchase digital (crypto) currencies and spend your money with the End Point Solutions card, anywhere in the world. We are adding additional digital and traditional currencies frequently and will soon be introducing new rewards schemes that save you money on everyday purchases and enhance your lifestyle.
  • How long does a bank transfer take?
    We offer regular bank transfers which can take two to three days to appear in your account. We also offer expedited payments that can arrive within 24hours (depending on the currency selected and location in the world).
  • How do I open an account?
    Opening an End Point Solutions account is very quick and easy. You can register online with your computer or download the app from Apple or Google Play Stores. The registration process is split into three areas: Personal details: Basic information about you Membership plans: We have four membership types to choose from: Level 1, Level 2, Executive, and Chairman. To see full details of each plan please see our fees and limits page Identity Verifications: You will be required to scan in a photo of your government ID, such as Passport or Driver's licence and to take a selfie. Once approved, your accounts are automatically created, and you will get access to all the End Point Solutions services. An End Point Solutions debit card will be automatically dispatched on approval.
  • How quickly can I purchase Cryptocurrency in my End Point Solutions wallet?
    The ability to purchase any of the nine Cryptocurrencies within the End Point Solutions Crypto Wallet using the app/portal is almost instantaneous after opening and funding your wallet. You can perform these transactions online via the web app or via the mobile app. There is one simple rate for buying or selling crypto with fees depending on membership level.
